We are a small family who has made a turist attractive farm in a wonderful surroundings of Varberg. We offer our customers well equipped one or two bedroom apartments. Our apartments have tv - with dvd, toilets, showers, kichten with fridge, coffeemaker, microvawe, pots and pans and all furnitures. From June to Sept we rent out on weekly basis. From saturday to saturday. Afternoon arrivals - noon depatures Our farm Munkagård is located at the central west cost of Sweden, only 5 minutes from the famous beach Björkäng. From our location it is easy to visit Gekos in Ullared - some people say is the best shopping value in Europe. In a walking distance from our farm Munkagård you can find three of the biggest Windpower plants ( WindMills) in Sweden - 130 meters above the surface, producing more than 6 Mega Watt of Power. The famous Fort - Varberg Fästning and the Bockstensmannen - is opne every day for turists. Varberg and our village, Tvååker are known for their fantastic nature and activities. The small islands out of Varberg and Appelvikens - beach - attracts thousends of people to Varberg every year. Surfing and boating is a big part of everyday live in Varberg. The central location of Varberg is only 1 hour drive from Gothenburg and two hours from Copenhagen in Danmark. We are only few minutes away from The E6 Motorway from Cophenhagen to Oslo. We have first class Icelandic horses at our farm. They are worth looking at. Driving on ATV´s is an adventure. A safari track throuh our own land and woods gives everybody a lifelasting memories and excitement. A tour lasting only 30 minutes, save and easy for all ages to participate. We drive in an orginazed line. Walking from our Farm and standing right under the 130 meters Wind-power plants is unforgettable - listening to the green power of the huge blades of the windmill. We have access to a 40 foot Farline Phantom yacht located in Varberg harbour only 10 minutes drive away.
